Day 39: Thu 16 Jun - Yungaburra

15-23 deg C, overcast and humid in the morning, with a breeze in the afternoon which appeared to clear some of the clouds away

Wendy was not feeling 100% yesterday, so instead of walking, she did a RA Test and it was negative. Today she was still not real flash after a restless night of coughing and putting up with a stuffy nose. She did another test and it was again negative. However, she elected to give any form of exercise a miss and instead did some more work.

Greg and Bob did their usual early morning walk. Greg had breakfast and set out on the kayak to paddle around to see Dave. He found the right spot, beached his craft and then spent some time with Dave before returning home for lunch and a rest.

Greg went out again in the afternoon, this time on his bike. He visited the Curtain Fig and rode around the lovely little village of Yungaburra. We do enjoy our time here, it's got a great feel about it and if we were looking for another place to live this would be high on the list.  

Pre-dinner drinks were had at 5:30pm but after a while the breeze got quite sneaky, so we all retired to our own van for dinner.
