After morning walks and brekky, we hit the road at 8:40am. As we did not have far to go, we were in no rush. First stop was at the MAMU Skywalk, however, as we had done it in 2018, we left B&N to do it and went on to Milla Milla. There was not much to see (we didn't go to the falls) in town, so we wandered for about 10 minutes then had another mornos at Barista in the Mist Café. When we eventually got our coffees and macadamia brownies (30 minutes after ordering and seeing others get theirs before us), they were very nice. B&N caught up with us at Milla Milla and had a coffee with us.
Onwards to Yungaburra where we were checked into the Lakeside Motor Inn and Caravan Park, on the shores of Lake Tinaroo, just before 1pm. After setup, we had lunch then a rest before riding around to see Dave and Noy. The landscape is a tad more undulating (bloody hilly) than we have encountered thus far, but we all made it there and back to the van park without having to resort to the sag wagon. We had a lovely afternoon catchup on the top deck before heading back to the vans. Dave and Noy brought a couple of kayaks around for us to use on the lake whilst we are here. They are always wonderful and generous hosts.
As we arrived home, the winds arrived and it felt like we were on the Antarctic plains. Pre-dinner drinks were had on our pad (B&N don't have a concrete pad). Dinner and bed, in preparation for our "Tour de Tablelands" tomorrow.
