After early morning coffee, Greg went for a walk in fairly ordinary conditions. After returning from the amenities block, Wendy thought it best to stay inside until it warmed up a bit. The wind was very lazy.
After breakfast, Greg and Jo went to St Marks Church. A great post-Easter message with a very welcoming congregation. Wendy did the clothes washing while Kev drove back home to retrieve his eye drops he had forgotten to pack! Lucky he loves driving.
When Greg and Jo returned from Church, we had mornos in our van. It was still too cold and windy to sit outside. Hopefully better weather awaits us. Speaking of moving on, we will be here for another night as our travel plans have changed due to road closures from the flooding a few weeks ago. We have to cut out Nindigully Pub, but that's OK as we have been there before and there is not that much to do. Our route from Texas has changed marginally but we will still be in Roma in time to attend the cattle sales next Tuesday.
In the afternoon Greg decided to brave the conditions and went out for a ride as his legs were getting restless. It was not the best weather to be out riding however, it was worth it as he ended up having tea and a homemade ANZAC biscuit with Bob and Prudy.
Pre-dinner drinks were had in our van, then dinner and bed.
